CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Protect furniture from direct sunlight, which can cause cracking and discoloration. Dust frequently with a soft, clean, lint-free cotton cloth. Blot spills immediately (rubbing will cause them to spread). To prevent scratches, do not drop or drag objects on the surface, and cushion writing pens with a tablet or pad. Rearrange table top items periodically to prevent imprints and indentations. Condition the wood monthly with a high-quality, silicone-free furniture polish. Avoid water, lacquer and paint thinner products. Avoid placing rubber or plastic directly on the surface, as they can damage the finish.
Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Item arrives fully assembled and in one piece by our In-Home White-Glove Delivery service. With In-Home White-Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home, inspected and set up, and packaging is removed. Delivery will be made by appointment, within the continental USA only; we'll call to make an appointment. Return Policy: Our products are designed with your comfort and style in mind. Made-to-order items (as marked) are not returnable but may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot accept cancellations or returns on monogrammed items. Frames and springs are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for the product’s life, subject to the following conditions: warranty applies only to original owner and normal residential use.
